- Revival of MSME sector :- The main objective of Haryana Government to launch this scheme is to provide financial assistance to MSME production units.
- interest profit :- As per the guidelines of this scheme, owners of business units which come under MSME category. They will get 100% interest allowance on business loan.
- to pay wages :- Interest on loans taken by banks or financial institutions to owners to pay salaries to employees will be waived.

- Production unit should be located in Haryana :- Under this scheme, the commercial production unit should be located in Haryana only, and it should be owned by a person who is a legal resident of the state of Haryana.
- Registered under MSME :- If that production organization is not registered under MSME, then the owner of that production unit will not be able to avail the benefits of this scheme.
- Eligibility to operate the unit :- Only those units which have worked for at least 90% of the days are included in this scheme. That means you will not be able to avail the benefits of this scheme from 1st February to 15th March 2020.
- Must be a production unit :- The benefit of this scheme will be provided only to organizations falling in the category of production units.
- Will also be applicable for special loan :- This interest benefit scheme will be available to MSME unit owners who have applied for either working capital credit or term loan.

- Proof of Address of Production Unit :- Such documents which can authenticate the address of the production units should be furnished in it. This should be used for its verification purposes only.
- ID proof of owner :- All applicants must attach a copy of their Aadhar Card and Voter ID Card with the registration form.
- MSME Registration Certificate :-
Applicants must also have their MSME registration certificate issued by the MSME Department. - trade license :- If the commercial production unit does not have its trade license, then its owner will not be able to avail the benefit of this interest benefit scheme.
- loan related documents :- If the unit owner wants to avail credit, he will also have to submit the credit application and copies of the documents to be issued.

The scheme has been recently announced by the Haryana Government. Its primary guidelines have just been published through an official press release.
